Nothing is more important to me than your child’s safety. Carla Lehman Photography has developed a detailed sports photography action plan for keeping every session completely planned, organized and safe for everyone involved.

From the time the session is booked, communication to ensure that all of the logistics of pre-session, set up, organizing teams and the actual photo taking is completely stress free. Parents are encouraged to contact Carla via email with any questions.
Preparation
With rosters in hand, Carla Lehman Photography has a pre-planning process in place to ensure that products are prepped and ready for image population to ensure that photos are delivered on time.

Discounts!
What!! Discounts? When an organization books Carla Lehman Photography to photograph all of the teams in their club, a 10% discount will be returned back to the club as a fundraiser to support the athletes that have supported the studio.
Session Day
On the day of the photo session, a complete action plan will be in place to keep each team organized and in place for their session. A typical team takes about 10 – 15 minutes to photograph and we have assistants in place to keep everything running smoothly .
Onsite Ordering
On photo day, onsite ordering will be in place to ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner.
Viewing Gallery Available
Upon request, clubs can have a viewing gallery which will be available for image selection for a limited time.
Photo Delivery
Photos are delivered within three weeks of order. With the pre-planning process, onsite ordering system time sensitive viewing gallery, this allows for efficient photo delivery.
